Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Best value for larger orders

Note: International shipments (excluding some Asian and remote regions) may experience additional customs delays. All delivery estimates begin when the carrier receives your package, not when you place your order.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our premium fly fishing gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations on the water, we’ll make it right.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Your satisfaction matters as much as your next big catch.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fly tying materials (once opened or used)
  • Terminal tackle (hooks, swivels, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Exchanges: Will be shipped within 2 business days after return approval

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
